Paraliminals are a wonderful mind stimulation product to maximize potential., and improve life. They use a mixture of NLP, whole mind learning, and preconscious processing, all set to a backgound of Holosync technology. They are also topic specific.

Hi Tom-good to see you here! - Yes, I just decided to focus on one per week for now...I have had them ages, but didn't really do much other thsn listen them all through the once, when I got them.

It's amazing how LS bring in everything I love (Hypnosis/NLP/Holosync etc) - so thought it time to take another look!

I would like to start a seperate discussion here on each one, so that the resukts etc can be discussed...

The booklets give no idea of continuity other that saying change is usually integrated within 3 days. I know Colin and a few of the Holosync'ers are quite knowledgeable on these, so hope they will add what they know! :)

I haven't used the paraliminals for quite some time now, but Paul Scheele's company (Learning Strategies) does provide excellent material. I learned PhotoReading years ago and that is brilliant.

What I remember from using the paraliminals is that there is a normal "hypnotic" track and a "sleeping" track (A & B), and they can be used in conjunction with each other. As for the frequency of usage...I'd have to look it up in one of the booklets. I'd just say stick with one or two paraliminals until you start seeing physical results and then move on to the next ones.

I have decised to get more into these, as I had them but haven't been using them for some time. I like the way they operate like Time Line, preserving positive learnings while they root out the negatives, a bit like weeding the garden if the mind and replacing each one with a flower....

My first question is, what have other users found to be the best number of days to use the same CD, and the balance between track A and B...etc before moving on to another one?
